At Shophomed, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Be returned within 14 days after delivery.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and the return address.

Please:

  • Pack the item securely.

  • Use a shipping service that provides tracking information.

  • Keep your shipping receipt until your return has been processed.

Unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or shipped incorrectly, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used, including items that come into direct contact with food, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned because:

  • An incorrect shipping address was provided.

  • The package was not collected by the recipient.

The customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
